Guidelines

Men and women are welcome.

Children over the age of 12 and under the age of 16 must have a parent or guardian present and may be unable to have certain treatments.

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment time to relax and unwind.

Please be aware that late arrival will result in your treatment time being shortened in consideration for the next guest.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of that booking will incur a 50% charge of that treatment. Girls Night In and Great Minds Alike Packages require 72 hours notice of cancellation.

Treatments can be subject to change following consultation.

Ladies and gentlemen will be most comfortable in short underwear for treatments, and will be provided with robes and slippers.

Herbal tea and water is provided with our compliments.

We reserve the right to amend, modify or discontinue treatments and to alter the tariff for individual treatments or packages without any prior notice.

Gift Vouchers can be purchased for any treatment or value at the salon or over the phone with a credit or debit card.
